こども病院は紹介予約制をとっていますので受診を希望される場合は、かかりつけの病院、医院の担当の先生にご相談し、こども病院を受診することが望ましいと判断された場合、紹介状を送付ください。後日、郵送で
予約票をお送りします。
緊急の場合は、担当の先生から直接こども病院に連絡していただければ、紹介状を持って直ちに受診することも可能です。
また、感染症の病気、疑いがある場合や、発熱、発疹、下痢、嘔吐のある場合は、予約日時を変更しますので、事前にご連絡ください。
常時、英語ができる職員が対応できる訳ではありませんので、ご了承ください。

(Mandatory Appointment by Referral)
In the event that you require the services of the Children’s Hospital, please see your child’s doctor and request that he or she send a referral, or give you a referral to send to the hospital prior to your visit. You will be notified of your appointment - the time and date - by mail at a later date.
In case of an emergency, your doctor can call the Children’s Hospital directly, arranging for you to bring in a referral with you at the time of examination.
Please contact the hospital in advance to change your reservation in the case of infectious disease, fever, rashes, diarrhea or vomiting.
